March 2002

AcheruntiaGlass develops technical solutions that allow an integral satin finish on the sheets, without the traditional transparent border on the perimeter through out all our range.

June 2002

AcheruntiaGlass makes the final tests to the new depuration plants of the industrial waste waters, that allow the reuse of the liquid wastes used during the acid etching process.

October 2002

AcheruntiaGlass obtains the Environmental certification UNI EN ISO 14001.

AcheruntiaGlass opens the new Opal Plated plant, completely dedicated to the production of the half shiny satin glass (matè); the outcome of several years dedicated to the activity of technological research and development, lead together with structures accredited by the MIUR (Ministry of University and Research), the company has set up an automatic conveyor that allows the production of the Jumbo sheets.
